G71 Tile Cutting Table
This especially designed to compliment the G70 Tile extruder in the efficient production of extruded tiles. The tile cutting system comprises of an electrically welded box frame with a formica top. The table is fitted with a central rotary shaft secured either end by sealed roller bearings which are adjustable up and down to allow for different tile thicknesses. On this shaft there is mounted sixteen machined Phospur Bronze cutting discs. As the wareboard containing the extruded clay is pulled by the operating lever, underneath the centrl rotating shaft, the cutting discs cut thrrough the clay at the pre-set depth designaed by the operator.
