The internal chamber is constructed of heavy section Aluminium Alloy castings with large integral heat sinks to retain an even temperature from the heaters of the machine. The heaters, main body and nose cone are regulated by thermostats situated on the side panel along with the on/off controls, further on/off controls are also situated on the front of the machine with a variable speed controller to give extra control over the machine. The main body is also lagged to avoid heat loss from the machine and this is in turn covered by a steel body, this steel body has a hinged hopper constructed to meet current legislation and is fitted with an interlocked safety switch. The machine also has an internal safeguard thermostat feature to prevent activation of the machine until it is up to operation temperature. The whole is fitted to a strong steel framework, again covered by a steel panels and fitted with locking wheels at each corner to make the machine easy to manoeuvre if required. G75 Chavant Clay Pugmill
This machine the G75 is manufactured by GLADSTONE Eng Co and is ideal for large or small amounts of heated modelling clay to apply to your model. The machine is also portable to move to your model to speed up the process of laying on clay to your buck as long as a suitable power source is available. It will process large or small amounts of clay as required after its initial warming up period approx 45 minutes there after clay is available as required all day long. One of the key advantages of this machine is its ability to reclaim scrap material be it shavings from the initial model or large lumps from the break up of obsolete models if suitably broken up into reasonably sized pieces to fit into the hopper of the machine.
Drive
Reduction gear box fitted with a 3kw motor 380v 415v 3Phase and Neutral 50 Hz 32amp supply or to meet customer specification as requested.
Control
The machine is supplied with all necessary control gear and variable speed control for main motor, temperature control is via two adjustable thermostats.
